Fresh palate with good concentration and balance, marked by new wood flavours. A long, lively finish.
Vinification in stainless steel tanks with the temperature controlled at 15ºC(80% of the final batch), while the remainder was fermented in new 225-liters French oak barrels with batonnage for more three months.
